Hi, I’m Jim. I’ve spent over 40 years working in road safety and driver development — first as a Police Inspector, where I led teams, investigated road collisions, and enforced traffic law, and now as a fully qualified fleet driver trainer and instructor mentor. I hold advanced driving qualifications including Advanced Police Driver, Diamond Elite status, and a DIA Diploma in Driver Education. I an a DVSA approved Driving Instructor and DVSA Fleet Trainer.
